Contamination Reporting
If you discover contamination with a culture purchased from Fungi Culture Store, please notify us within 15 days of your purchase. To report contamination, kindly provide clear photographic evidence via email to FungiCultureStore@gmail.com.
Replacement Process
Upon verification of the reported contamination, we will gladly offer replacements for the affected Culture. However, replacements will only be processed and shipped with your next order.
No Refunds
