Free Shipping.

Items shipped will be in discreet and indistinguishable packaging. Orders will be processed and shipped the same day, Monday-Friday.

Address Accuracy

  • It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process.

  • If you provide an incorrect address or insufficient information, we may not be able to deliver your order successfully.

Reshipment Costs

  • In the event of an incorrect address or insufficient information resulting in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs ($5 flat fee).

  • The reshipment cost will cover the expenses incurred for correcting and re-sending the order.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Use the provided tracking details to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

First-Time Orders over $100

  • First-Time Orders over $100 are subject to “Signature Required”.
